The survey results provide an analysis of leasing activity, acquisition and development opportunities, the availability and cost of capital, as well as the economic factors influencing investor decisions in today's complex business climate. The surveys are sent to many of the industry’s top seniors housing professionals including owners and operators, developers, investors, lenders, consultants, advisors and appraisers.
