SHIA’s Senior Housing Investment Roundtable is a multi-faceted concept that brings together the best in class from a number of specialties within the senior housing industry. The Roundtable encompasses a variety of events held periodically throughout the year and includes live webinars, dinners with guest speakers and other opportunities to meet with industry experts.

Senior Housing Investment Roundtable Webinars
SHIA, in conjunction with National Real Estate Investor, holds two complimentary webinars each year (usually in March and September). The webinars feature senior housing experts from a number of disciplines and focus on topics of importance to senior housing investors such as capital markets perspective, real estate transaction trends & case studies, and issues which impact operations and financial performance. Listeners are given the opportunity to ask questions during the live event and previous webinars are available for replay for one year from the date of original broadcast.
